Job summary

Alexander Mae (Bristol) Ltd is seeking a French-speaking Project Manager to lead digital event platform projects in the UK. The role is office-based with 1 day working from home, offering a hybrid arrangement in Clevedon and surrounding areas.

You will manage projects to specification, on time and within budget, leveraging strong PM skills and bilingual communication. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and presentation capabilities, fluency in French and English,

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong digital skills and comfort working with data.
• Proven ability to plan and organise work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure projects on the digital event platform to maximise networking opportunities.
• Provide professional guidance to clients to tailor the product to their event sector, users, and objectives.
• Deliver presentations to clients and platform users, and train them on platform functionality.
• Liaise with the Development team to stay up to date with new platform features and propose improvements.
• Liaise with the Customer Experience team to ensure project familiarity and effective delivery of networking services.
• Maintain high standards of product quality and strive to exceed expectations.
• Ensure internal systems and processes are accurately maintained.
