Job summary

Colibri Digital is seeking a bilingual Programme Manager to lead a complex, francophone data programme. This remote-UK role involves travel to client locations in France, with a start date in January 2027 and a 12‑month contract. You will drive end-to-end delivery, governance, and risk management across multi-country teams.

The successful candidate will chair steering sessions, manage RAID and forecasts, and align business and technical requirements in French and English.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
• Experience delivering multi-stream data programmes in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery across 40+ concurrent data workstreams.
• Govern governance forums and engage with Steering Committees.
• Manage RAID, change control, architecture, and non-functional requirements.
