Job summary

Our prestigious manufacturing client is seeking an experienced Spanish speaking Customer Service Coordinator (bilingual) to join their CS team in Dartford, acting as a vital link between customers and internal departments to help enhance customer loyalty and support commercial growth.

Role Details

Hours: Full time, flexi and hybrid - minimum of 2 days in office including Tuesdays. Salary £33,000 pa plus a 3% non-contractual bonus and excellent benefits, including 25 days' leave and healthcare. Note: more time in the office initially during the comprehensive training period, ahead of settling into the hybrid structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Communication: Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and Zendesk in both English and Spanish.
• Order Management: Accurately enter and process customer orders, calculate transit/freight charges, and keep customers updated on delivery timelines.
• Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve complex customer issues and complaints, managing them through to completion.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams including Supply Chain, Shipping, Finance, Quality, and Planning to resolve queries.
• Commercial Support: Prepare quotations for new business, follow up on outstanding quotes, and maintain up-to-date pricing lists.

Skills and Experience Required

• Language Skills: Full professional fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• Experience: A minimum of two years' experience in a dedicated customer service or account coordination role.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). Experience navigating CRM or ERP systems like Oracle or Zendesk is highly advantageous.
• Skills: High attention to detail, strong active listening skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
