Right Match Recruitment Group is recruiting for a prestigious client in Dartford for a Customer Service Coordinator (Spanish Speaking). This full-time, permanent role is hybrid, with two days in the office and three at home, offering progression opportunities.

You will be the front line for customer interactions, handling inquiries via phone, email and chat, processing orders, and maintaining customer data. Fluency in English and Spanish is required with a proactive, empathetic approach.

Qualificações

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Minimum 1–2 years in an administrative customer service role.
• Familiarity with order processing in ERP systems and general customer service workflows.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team.
• Excellent phone and email etiquette and multi-channel communication.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Process orders and quotations; maintain accurate data.
• Maintain customer database and profiles; support new business quotes.
• Follow up on inquiries with internal departments and ensure issue resolution.
• Proactively inform customers of at-risk orders and delays.
