Job summary

The JobsBoard is seeking a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Coordinator to join our client’s CS team in Dartford. The role is full-time with hybrid work (minimum 2 days in office, including Tuesdays) and a salary of £33,000 per year plus a 3% non-contractual bonus and excellent benefits including healthcare and 25 days leave.

More in-office time is required during training. Key responsibilities include handling customer enquiries in English and Spanish via phone, email, and Zendesk; processing

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English required.
• Minimum 2 years in customer service or account coordination.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and Zendesk in English and Spanish.
• Enter and process customer orders, calculate transit/freight charges, and update delivery timelines.
• Investigate and resolve complex customer issues and complaints to completion.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Supply Chain, Shipping, Finance, Quality, and Planning to resolve queries.
• Prepare quotations for new business and maintain up-to-date pricing lists.
