Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a Native French and/or Dutch speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their team in Cambridge. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent customer-focused skills, possess previous experience in customer service, and work part-time, 20 hours a week, ensuring customer queries are effectively managed. This role offers £13.00ph, transitioning to £15.00ph after probation.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in customer service or administrative roles.
  • Previous experience in the travel industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Reply to customer enquiries, mainly via email.
  • Amend bookings and manage requests.
  • Pro-actively address customer issues and complaints.
  • Provide additional support during quieter periods.
