Job summary

Cox Enterprises in Lisbon / Loures is seeking a Customer Success Agent to support French-speaking automotive dealers on our digital marketplace. You’ll help dealers discover, buy, and sell vehicles while guiding them from onboarding to active buying, acting as a trusted partner across the customer journey.

You’ll engage with customers by phone and email, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and use data to improve engagement and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Native-level French and business-level English (B2/C1) required.
• Experience in customer service, customer success, account management, retail, hospitality, or sales support.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with automotive dealers and be their trusted point of contact.
• Identify and engage potential new customers through outbound calls, referrals, and campaigns.
• Guide new customers through onboarding and help them start successfully.
• Support customers on their journey to their first purchase and encourage ongoing activity.
• Understand customer needs and recommend relevant vehicle buying opportunities.
• Monitor customer activity and proactively reach out to increase engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics, Claims, and Sales Operations.
• Keep customer information up to date in our CRM.
• Contribute ideas to improve customer satisfaction and marketplace performance.
