Job summary

MSX International seeks a Technical Helpdesk Engineer for automotive diagnostics and remote repair support across the UK. You will diagnose complex vehicle systems, analyze root causes, and design durable solutions while collaborating with retailers and colleagues.

Experience with electrical diagnostics and high voltage/EV awareness is desirable. This full-time role offers a 100% remote option within the UK and a competitive salary up to £34,000.

Qualifications

• Master Technician status or equivalent.
• Electrical diagnosis skills and experience.
• High voltage/EV experience (desirable).
• Ability to investigate, report and diagnose complex vehicle systems.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to customer satisfaction by answering support requests and delivering high-quality diagnostic and repair service.
• Following the repair process and monitoring success, analysing gaps and advising on improvements.
• Reviewing existing processes to increase quality and reporting dealer performance on escalated cases.
• Communicating with retailer staff, coaching them, identifying root causes of deviations, and documenting issues.
• Building relationships with retailers and customers to continually improve effectiveness.
