Job summary

MSX International is seeking an Automotive Diagnostic Support Engineer who speaks Spanish to support dealership personnel and field teams. The role is full-time with hybrid options, two days in the office, and involves data recording, training, and cross-functional communication.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English, with customer service experience and an automotive or engineering background advantageous. Salary up to £29,000 per annum in a permanent role.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish (essential) and English (essential).
• Customer service experience is advantageous.
• Engineering or automotive background is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with dealership personnel at all levels and with team leaders/project management on vehicle case histories, trends and analysis.
• Record data as required into a computer system.
• Participate in training/product information exchange with data sources for up to 4 weeks per year including overnight stays as required.
• Accept other assignments as determined by the Group Leader/Team Leader/Project Management.
• Write and circulate data to other helpline engineers/project management/customer staff as necessary.
• Complete company documentation (travel expense reports, corrective action requests, timesheets).
• On an exception basis, arrange travel and perform other ad hoc duties.
