About You

• First and foremost you will have proven bid writing experience, ideally within the rental/vehicle leasing industry
• You naturally take a big-picture view and understand the commercial drivers behind every opportunity. You know how to position solutions to resonate with clients and strengthen competitive advantage
• You’re comfortable navigating business systems, extracting insights from multiple data sources, and using advanced Microsoft Office tools to craft polished, impactful submissions.
• From initial qualification to final submission, you understand the end-to-end process and know what it takes to produce compliant, compelling and high-scoring bids.
• You work effectively with subject-matter experts, operational leaders and third-party partners, bringing people together to shape winning solutions and meet tight deadlines
• You can point to real examples of your involvement in successful bid management or writing, demonstrating your ability to contribute to high-quality, persuasive proposals
• You write with clarity, impact and purpose, adapting your tone to the audience and turning complex information into persuasive, client-focused narratives
• You stay calm under pressure, manage multiple deadlines with ease, and maintain a strong focus on producing quality outputs that deliver results.
