Job summary

Aldwych Consulting Ltd works with a leading Tier 1 infrastructure contractor to recruit an experienced Bid Manager for their Work Winning team in the UK. You will own bids from opportunity through submission, shaping compelling, commercially focused proposals and coordinating inputs from technical and operational stakeholders.

You will work across water, rail and highway projects, engaging senior stakeholders and driving strategy to secure major infrastructure wins.

Qualifications

• Experience leading major bids from opportunity to submission.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Tier 1 contractors.
• Water sector experience advantageous.
• AMPM accreditation at Foundation/Practitioner/Professional level or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage major bids from opportunity through to submission.
• Develop compelling, compliant, and value-driven proposals.
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to develop winning solutions.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and influence key decisions.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams, contributors and deadlines.
