Qualifications

• Significant experience in work-winning, bid leadership or business development within construction/infrastructure sectors.
• Proven success leading major framework bids and strategic pursuits.
• Experience operating at senior bid leadership level.

Responsibilities

• Lead major bid and framework submissions across the Environment Business.
• Develop winning strategies aligned to client drivers and business objectives.
• Chair bid team meetings and coordinate contributions from cross‑functional teams.
• Manage submissions through procurement portals and governance processes.
• Present bid strategies to senior leadership and secure approvals.
