Galliford Try is seeking an experienced Senior Bid Manager to lead the development and delivery of high-quality bids across the Environment Business. You will take ownership of complex opportunities, guiding multidisciplinary teams from opportunity through submission, while ensuring governance compliance and winning strategies.

You will manage bid programmes, coordinate stakeholder input, and present to senior leadership.

Formación

• Significant experience managing bids within construction, infrastructure, utilities, engineering or energy sectors.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary bid teams and managing complex tender programmes.
• Strong commercial awareness and risk management principles.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Experience engaging with clients and stakeholders at senior management level.

Responsabilidades

• Lead major tender submissions and framework opportunities for the Environment Business.
• Develop bid programmes, ensure deadlines, review stages and governance milestones.
• Coordinate and produce client-focused bid submissions.
• Draft and review technical and quality responses to maximise scoring opportunities.
• Chair bid team meetings and manage stakeholder contributions.
• Ensure submissions comply with governance processes and BMS requirements.
