On Track Group Ltd is seeking a proactive Bid & Commercial Coordinator in Bridgend, South Wales. The role supports bid submissions for contractor clients and coordinates our own tender processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will work closely with the Director and quantity surveying team, managing tender trackers, supplier questionnaires and commercial records, while coordinating pricing inputs and document assembly for final submission.

Qualifications

• Experience in bid coordination or commercial administration.
• Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
• Confident written English, including drafting and proofreading.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate tender documents, submission requirements and deadlines.
• Prepare supplier questionnaires and compile supporting compliance information.
• Request and track supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Maintain tender trackers, clarification logs and commercial records.
• Support payment applications, PO records and invoice tracking.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and subcontractors to obtain outstanding information.
• Monitor tender portals and framework opportunities for in-house bids.
• Coordinate expressions of interest and tender submissions.
• Draft standard responses and assemble technical contributions from the team.
• Maintain the bid library with CVs, case studies and accreditation documents.
• Format, proofread and check submissions against tender requirements.
• Track enquiries, proposals and follow-ups.
