The role involves overseeing commercial performance across multiple projects while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Quantity Surveyor or similar commercial role, with the ability to manage complex contracts and negotiations in a close-knit team.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar commercial role.
• Strong ability to manage commercial performance across projects.
• Demolition experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial performance across multiple projects.
• Manage procurement, valuations, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Handle contract administration and risk management.
• Support delivery from pre-construction through to completion.
• Collaborate closely with operational teams and clients.
