Hyreus in Swindon is seeking an experienced Bid Coordinator to support end-to-end bid and tender processes for major infrastructure projects in London. You will coordinate input from commercial, technical and operational teams, ensuring timely, professional submissions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Bid Coordinator, Bid Administrator, Tender Coordinator or similar role, ideally within construction, civil engineering or infrastructure.
• Experience supporting bids or tenders for major projects is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end bid and tender process, ensuring submissions are delivered accurately and on time.
• Maintain bid programmes, action trackers, tender documentation and submission schedules.
• Coordinate input from commercial, technical, operational and other internal teams.
• Assist with the preparation, formatting and review of tender submissions and supporting documentation.
• Manage bid portals, tender correspondence and document control requirements.
• Organise bid meetings, workshops and reviews, ensuring actions are recorded and followed up.
• Monitor tender deadlines, deliverables and approval processes.
• Ensure bid documentation is consistent, professional and compliant with client requirements.
• Support the Bid Manager with presentations, reports, PQQs, expressions of interest and tender responses.
• Maintain accurate records of previous submissions, company information and supporting materials.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties where required to obtain information for submissions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of bid processes, templates and procedures.
