Job summary

Peak Scientific is seeking a commercially driven Territory Manager for Southwest Germany and Switzerland. You will own the territory, drive sales across our portfolio, and build strong relationships with OEMs, distributors and end users.

The role is field-based with frequent travel, requiring a proven B2B sales track record, technical insight, and fluency in German and English. French is advantageous and CRM proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
• Experience within technical, engineering, scientific, laboratory, or industrial sales.
• Fluency in German and English; French would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets across Southwest Germany and Switzerland.
• Develop and execute territory plans to maximise market penetration and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and end users.
• Identify and win new business through proactive prospecting and customer engagement.
• Manage a robust sales pipeline and ensure opportunities progress effectively through to closure.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial agreements, and protect margin performance.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and reporting.
• Collaborate closely with service, marketing, and operations teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Represent Peak Scientific at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
