Job summary

Babcock seeks a Benefits Lead to drive value in major transformation programmes, leading the benefits realisation framework and ensuring benefits are defined, tracked and achieved.

You will influence strategic decisions, engage with senior stakeholders, and shape investment priorities across a defence and engineering environment. This role offers hybrid working and a strong development path.

Qualifications

• Experience managing benefits realisation within complex programmes or projects.
• Strong understanding of business case development and value management.
• Experience developing and maintaining benefits management and realisation plans.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and maintaining programme benefits management and realisation frameworks.
• Tracking, measuring and reporting programme benefits, outcomes and value delivery.
• Facilitating benefits workshops, reviews and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Supporting governance, assurance and investment decision-making processes.
• Identifying risks to benefit delivery and recommending actions to maximise programme value.
