Job summary

Babcock International is seeking a Benefits Lead to drive realisation across major programmes from our Plymouth or Bristol sites, with hybrid working. You will define and lead the benefits framework, track outcomes, and influence funding decisions while partnering with senior stakeholders to maximise value.

The role blends transformation, change, and value management, requiring strong analytics and collaboration across engineering and defence sectors. 2 days in office minimum.

Qualifications

• Experience managing benefits realisation within complex programmes or projects.
• Strong understanding of business case development, value management and benefits frameworks.
• Experience developing and maintaining benefits management and realisation plans.
• Strong analytical skills, including data analysis, forecasting, modelling and performance reporting.
• Proven ability to engage, influence and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and maintaining programme benefits management and realisation frameworks.
• Tracking, measuring and reporting programme benefits, outcomes and value delivery.
• Facilitating benefits workshops, reviews and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Supporting governance, assurance and investment decision-making processes.
• Identifying risks to benefit delivery and recommending actions to maximise programme value.
