Job summary

Babcock is seeking a Benefits Lead to oversee the benefits realisation across major programmes, defining and tracking measurable outcomes. You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders and programme teams to shape investment priorities and deliver value within a leading defence and engineering organisation.

The role offers hybrid working with 2 office days, 35 hours per week, and the chance to develop expertise in value management and business transformation while influencing strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience managing benefits realisation within complex programmes or projects.
• Strong understanding of business case development, value management and benefits frameworks.
• Experience developing and maintaining benefits management and realisation plans.
• Strong analytical skills, including data analysis, forecasting, modelling and performance reporting.
• Proven ability to engage, influence and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and maintaining programme benefits management and realisation frameworks.
• Tracking, measuring and reporting programme benefits, outcomes and value delivery.
• Facilitating benefits workshops, reviews and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Supporting governance, assurance and investment decision-making processes.
• Identifying risks to benefit delivery and recommending actions to maximise programme value.
