Job summary

Babcock is seeking a Benefits Lead to drive the realisation of benefits across major programmes at the Technology Centre or Devonport Royal Dockyard. The role focuses on defining, tracking and delivering measurable outcomes through strong governance and stakeholder engagement.

You will develop and maintain benefits management plans, coach teams, and influence investment decisions while operating in a hybrid model with a mix of office and site presence across Plymouth or Bristol areas.

Qualifications

• Experience managing benefits realisation within complex programmes or projects.
• Strong understanding of business case development, value management and benefits frameworks.
• Experience developing and maintaining benefits management and realisation plans.
• Strong analytical skills, including data analysis, forecasting, modelling and performance reporting.
• Proven ability to engage, influence and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and maintaining programme benefits management and realisation frameworks.
• Tracking, measuring and reporting programme benefits, outcomes and value delivery.
• Facilitating benefits workshops, reviews and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Supporting governance, assurance and investment decision-making processes.
• Identifying risks to benefit delivery and recommending actions to maximise programme value.
