Job summary

Morgan Hunt's client in Hertfordshire is seeking a Quality Assurance Officer to check accuracy of Housing Benefit and Council Tax Benefit/Reduction claims. The role is full-time with 37 hours per week and hybrid working. The successful candidate will review all claim types, including new claims and changes in circumstances, and flag errors.

Proficiency with the IWorld/Northgate NEC system is preferred. You will collate results, report to management, and make training recommendations.

• Experience with accuracy checks on assessments.
• Ability to collate results and report to management.

Responsibilities

• Carry out accuracy checks on assessed claims.
• Assess Housing Benefit and Council Tax claims including new and changes.
• Identify and rectify errors in assessments.
• Prepare reports on accuracy results for team leaders.
• Provide training recommendations based on findings.
• Assist internal staff and customers with queries.
