Job summary

Eden Brown Synergy is seeking an experienced Benefits Officer to join a small team and undertake quality and monitoring duties on the council's outsourcing contract. The ideal candidate must have extensive Housing Benefit experience and be proficient with NEC/Northgate software, capable of assessing all claim types and tenures.

The contract is approximately 3 months with potential extension. The role offers hybrid working conditions, with one day in the office, across 37 hours per week.

Job description

Experienced benefits officer required to joining a small team to undertake Quality and Monitoring duties of the councils outsourcing contract.

The ideal candidate must have experience of using NEC/Northgate Software systems and posses at least a minimum of 6/7 years of working in a Housing Benefit team and must be able to assess all claim types and tenures.

The contract will be approximately for 3 months and maybe extended and working conditions are hybrid with one day required in the office, working 37 hours per week.
