NFP is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to support our growing Benefits team in the UK and Ireland. You will manage a portfolio of clients, provide administrative and client service delivery, and work with the Consultant to ensure outstanding service.

A BA/BS degree and experience in employee benefits are preferred for this role. You will liaise with providers, HR and third parties, respond to client enquiries, onboard new clients, and generate market intelligence to grow the NFP

• Previous experience with employee benefits across product lines.
• Strong communication, written and verbal, to engage clients and stakeholders.
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation to manage multiple client needs.

Responsabilidades

• Liaising with product providers, HR and third parties to analyse financial contracts.
• Responding promptly to client enquiries regarding renewals and changes.
• Onboarding new clients and ensuring reports, market analysis and benefits summaries are delivered on time.
• Ensure service levels and information provided exceed client expectations with the Consultant.
• Generate market intelligence and information on potential opportunities to grow the portfolio.
• Produce detailed policy summaries, recommendation reports and portfolio valuations for client meetings.
