Bendi/Flexi Forklift Driver

Menzies Distribution Solutions has an excellent opportunity for aFlexi, Reach or Counterbalance Forklift Driverto join our teambased in Normanton, WF6.

The Details:

• Shift Pattern / Hours: 4 On/4 Off Days
• Start & Finish Times: 06:00-18:00
• Salary:£26,856.04 - £13.41 per hr(additional £1 per hr if you are Flexi trained)
• Hours:11hrs payable per day, 38.5 hours payable per week
• Holiday Allowance: 20 days inclusive of Bank Holidays
• Location:Tuscany Way, Wakefield Europort, Normanton, WF6 2UA
• Monthly Pay

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• It is essential that you have a valid license for either CB, Reach or Flexi FLT and you will not be shortlisted if it is not clear on your CV that you have a valid current license
• If you have a Reach Forklift Licence, we are able to upskill you to Flexi Licence

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Co-operate fully with the site’s safety requirements.
• Receive deliveries of customer stock from trailers into warehouse. Check quantities, record receipt and pass on paperwork
• Pick and pack customer orders to achieve agreed turn-round targets, dispatching orders with appropriate paperwork. Both full pallet and manual case/break picked from the racking and ground locations.
• Load trailers with customer goods in timely manner
• Put away of customer goods from the warehouse floor into the racking.
• Manual handling of products
• Signing for and accepting responsibility for tasks that have been completed.
• Housekeeping, both physical completion and hygiene checks.
• Stock integrity and quality checks.
• Keep warehouse and outside forecourts clean and tidy including shelf dusting, keeping gangways clear and litter removal.

• FLT – Flexi, Reach or Counterbalance licenses is ESSENTIAL
