Job Description:

If you have a passion for helping children reach their full potential, this job is for you!

You will be working with a teenager with learning disabilities and severe challenging behaviour.

You will be part of a small team working in Norwich.

You will assist in delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions developed by a multidisciplinary team. The focus is on making the young man smile and enjoy his time with you!

What we can offer you:

  • Career progression opportunities, including courses from Level 3 to Level 5 in Positive Behaviour Support
  • Weekly support from a Supervisor
  • Monthly support from a senior Behaviour Analyst
  • Six-weekly individual supervisions focusing on well-being
  • Twice-yearly team weekends away
  • This is not a care role; person care is required, but the primary focus is delivering therapeutic interventions for which you will be highly trained.
  • Free supervision for those seeking BCABA/BCBA qualifications
