Job summary

Education World Ltd is seeking dedicated FULL TIME Behaviour Support Assistants to work in a specialist provision. The role suits someone with experience supporting young people with challenging behaviour and a passion for helping them succeed.

You will work in a class with students needing additional behavioural support, assist teachers to maintain a safe learning environment, and implement strategies to promote engagement and resilience.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people in schools, youth work, sports coaching, or care settings.
• A calm, patient, and resilient approach to managing challenging behaviour.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

• A calm, patient, and resilient approach to managing challenging behaviour
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
• Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check (or already hold one on the Update Service)
