Teaching Personnel is seeking a resilient Behaviour Support Worker to join a SEN specialist provision in Bedford. You will support students aged 11-16 (KS3 & KS4) with social, emotional and academic needs, helping them reintegrate or build essential life skills.
Join a team that mentors learners, plans inclusive activities, and tracks progress while liaising with parents and external agencies. DBS checks and a right to work in the UK are required.
Location: Bedford, Bedfordshire (MK40 / MK41 / MK42)
Hours: Full-time (Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 15:30)

Are you a resilient, positive, and dedicated individual ready to support vulnerable young people? Teaching Personnel is looking for a confident Behaviour Support Worker to join an established specialist provision in Bedford.
This is more than just a classroom role; you will act as a mentor and guide for students aged 11-16 (Key Stage 3 and 4), helping them navigate social, emotional, and academic challenges. Your primary goal is to foster a safe, inclusive environment where students can either successfully re-integrate into mainstream education or build the essential skills needed for life beyond school.
Full Right to Work in the UK and a minimum of 3 months UK residency.
Overseas criminal clearance where applicable.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
