Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant for friendly schools in the BS31 area. You will provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils facing SEMH/SEN challenges, using trauma-informed, relationship-based approaches to help them engage and thrive.
The role offers weekly PAYE pay of £92-£95 per day, ongoing consultant support, and access to free Thrive training to strengthen behaviour and wellbeing practice.

Protocol Education is working with welcoming and inclusive schools in BS31 that are looking to appoint a dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant to join their teams after half term.
This is a rewarding role for someone who understands that behaviour is communication. You'll help pupils who may be facing social, emotional, or behavioural challenges, providing the consistency, encouragement, and structure they need to thrive both inside and outside the classroom.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
