Job summary

Protocol Education is recruiting a full-time Behaviour Mentor to support children and young people with Autism (ASD), SEMH needs, and additional learning needs at a specialist SEN school in Barnet.

You will work 1:1 and in small groups to help pupils regulate emotions, build confidence, and engage positively in learning, while collaborating with teachers and SEN staff. Experience with SEN/SEMH and strong behaviour management are essential for this role.

A specialist SEN school in Barnet is currently recruiting a full-time Behaviour Mentor to support children and young people with Autism (ASD), social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs, and additional learning needs.
