The role involves 1:1 and small-group mentoring, promoting positive behaviour, safeguarding and emotional regulation, building strong relationships, and helping pupils re-engage with learning alongside teaching and pastoral colleagues.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have transferable professional experience from youth work, mentoring, alternative provision, residential support, community projects or similar roles.
You don't necessarily need to have previously worked as a Teaching Assistant. What matters is your experience working with young people and your ability to build relationships, manage difficult situations and encourage positive behaviour.
