Long Term Futures is seeking a confident Behaviour Mentor to join a primary school near Bordesley Green from September. You will provide 1:1 and small-group SEN and behaviour support, following EHCPs and BSPs, while building strong relationships with pupils across SEN hubs and classrooms.
The role focuses on de-escalation, engagement, and emotional regulation, with close collaboration alongside teachers, SENCOs and pastoral staff for ongoing progress in a supportive environment.

Daily Pay Rate: £110 - 125
Days: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only), 8:30 – 15:45
Start Date: September 1 st 2026
Contract: Long-Term temporary, Temp to Perm
Long Term Futures are looking for confident and proactive Behaviour Mentors / SEN Teaching Assistants to join a supportive primary school from September near the Bordesley Green area.
Working across the school’s SEN hubs and classrooms, you’ll combine targeted behaviour mentoring with hands-on SEN classroom support. You’ll work with pupils who have EHCPs and Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs), helping them regulate their behaviour, engage with learning and make positive progress.
