Page Personnel in Nottingham is seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to deliver empathetic, high-quality support across multi-channels. You will handle high-volume customer contacts, aim to resolve queries quickly, and meet KPIs while keeping customer outcomes at the heart of every interaction.

This role is office-based with patterns across 08:30–18:30, Monday to Sunday, and includes weekends off in a month.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles (contact centre, retail or hospitality).
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and a desire to help others.
• Positive attitude and focus on delivering excellent customer service.
• Available to start immediately on an fixed-term contract.

Responsabilités

• Deliver empathetic, high-quality support across multi-channels (phone, email, etc.).
• Support high volume customer contacts (e.g., ~50 calls per day).
• Understand customer needs and provide clear, confident solutions.
• Take ownership of queries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Meet KPIs while prioritising positive customer outcomes.
• Use de-escalation techniques for challenging conversations.
