From £13.38 - £15.70 per hour

24 hours per week, over 3 days including some weekends as required (includes paid breaks)

Position Overview:

As a Spa Therapist at Colten Care, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of spa services, ensuring the well-being of our residents. Your role involves maintaining a clean and stocked spa room, upholding hygiene standards, and responding to residents' queries and needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a variety of spa services, including body treatments, massages, facials, waxing, and manicure/pedicure, in a safe and comfortable manner.
• Maintain equipment and sample inventory of products.
• Ensure accurate documentation of residents' treatments.
• Keep the spa room clean and well-stocked.
• Acknowledge and respond to residents' queries, needs, and expectations.
• Suggest and promote retail products or additional services.
• Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations.
• Enquire about residents' medical conditions and allergies before providing spa services.
• Cooperate with and report any arising issues or concerns.
• Stay informed about market trends and apply best practices.
• Uphold the reputation of Colten Care at all times.
• Attend statutory training sessions for First Aid, Fire, Moving & Handling, and other required training.
• Adhere to all relevant Colten Care policies and procedures.
• Be responsible for the health and safety of self and others, reporting any hazards promptly.
• Undertake any other duties or training consistent with the role.
