Job summary

Space NK Limited is seeking an organised Assistant Merchandiser to support retail merchandising operations. You will handle PO management with brand partners, compile trade reports, and monitor delivery schedules across brands to ensure on-time stock and product readiness.

You will analyse data, apply strong numerical skills, and assist with the critical path for new products. Prior merchandising experience is valued, along with strong Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Excellent numerical aptitude with data analysis skills.
• Prior merchandising experience is advantageous.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to handle large data volumes.
• Understanding of retail maths.

Responsibilities

• Purchase order management and tracking deliveries with brand partners.
• Produce and review Monday trade reports for accuracy.
• Manage delivery intake and align with brands.
• Communicate short shipments, late deliveries, and cancellations.
• Support the new product critical path with stock tracking, tester allocation and launch readiness.
• Produce ad hoc financial and stock analyses.
