Space NK Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager for a UK store to drive sales and customer experience. You will support the Store Manager, coach a high performing team, and utilise commercial data to seize opportunities.

In this role you’ll train staff, manage payroll within budget, and ensure stock accuracy while leading by example to foster a welcoming, inclusive environment for customers and employees alike.

Responsibilities

• Providing consistent product training and knowledge for unbiased customer advice.
• Exceeding sales targets and the company acquisition target for N.dulge.
• Assisting the Store Manager with payroll spend within budget through scheduling and people planning.
• Maintaining stock file accuracy – adhering to stock handling policies to minimise stock loss.
• Ensuring team awareness of sales targets, ATV, AUS and conversion targets daily/weekly/monthly.
• Confidently analysing all available business reports to review weekly, monthly and yearly.
• Assisting the Store Manager with recruitment and retaining diverse teams that support customer first experience.
• Creating an inclusive, welcoming environment for employees to thrive.
• Confidently delivering feedback and managing performance per company processes.
