Job summary

Space NK is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Greater London to oversee stock control and store operations with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will liaise between Head Office and the store, drive KPI performance, train staff, and uphold stock safety standards.

The role requires retail operations experience, strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within retail operations preferred.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to deliver a 'customer first' experience.
• Team player with the ability to work alone.
• Always lead by example, focusing on evolving the store opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stock processes and procedures are maintained in-store and train staff on stock handling policies.
• Aim for minimum stock loss; investigate discrepancies and ensure stock file accuracy.
• Count and reconcile daily deliveries; report discrepancies and replenish seamlessly.
• Handle recalls, price changes and stock queries promptly and communicate with the team.
• Maintain stock areas and ensure cupboards have functional locks where applicable.
• Prepare and manage stock takes and weekly cycle counts.
• Support on the shopfloor during peak hours and act as a Keyholder when needed.
• Order testers and supply packaging, hygiene, and stationery as required.
• Support Store Management with policies on Gratis and Grot.
