Job summary

Space NK Limited in London is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee stock control, stock integrity and store operations, ensuring high standards of product presentation and customer service.

You’ll be the primary link between Head Office and the store, train the team on stock processes, manage stock takes and cycle counts, and support peak periods as a Keyholder, driving KPI achievement and safe store practices.

• Previous experience in retail operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stock processes and train the team on stock handling and safety.
• Minimise stock loss by investigating discrepancies and ensuring accuracy.
• Count deliveries, report discrepancies, and manage replenishment.
• Handle recalls, price changes and stock queries promptly.
• Ensure stock policy compliance across store.
• Manage stock on sales floor, including discounts for damaged goods.
• Keep stock areas tidy and secure; ensure cupboards with locks.
• Prepare and manage stock takes and weekly cycle counts.
• Support shopfloor during peak hours; act as Keyholder when needed.
• Order testers and supply packaging/hygiene/stationery as needed.
• Support store management with Gratis and Grot policy and process.
