Zusammenfassung

Happl is building the next generation of employee benefits infrastructure in London. We’re seeking a Business Development Representative to connect Happl with forward-thinking HR and Finance leaders, creating opportunities and building a scalable pipeline.

In this hybrid London role, you’ll own the top of the funnel, engage high-growth and enterprise companies, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership to drive Happl’s expansion.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in a BDR/SDR or similar customer-facing role (SaaS/startup preferred).
• Excellent communicator with HR, Finance, and leadership stakeholders.
• Curious, coachable, and eager to learn about SaaS and employee benefits.
• Organised, detail-oriented, with strong follow-through.
• Comfortable using CRM, LinkedIn, email, and AI tools.

• Own the top of the sales funnel, creating high-quality pipeline.
• Identify and engage ambitious companies ready to modernise benefits.
• Open conversations with HR, Finance, and executives at growth/enterprise firms.
• Build target account lists and execute thoughtful outbound outreach.
• Create opportunities via calls, email, LinkedIn, events, and campaigns.
• Partner with Account Executives to convert opportunities into customers.
• Become an expert on Happl’s product, market, and pain points.
• Use modern GTM tools, data, and AI to maximize impact.
• Feed insights back to product and leadership to shape GTM strategy.
