Happl is seeking a Financial Controller to own the financial engine of the business. You will run monthly closes, manage the full revenue cycle, and oversee treasury and compliance across UK and US entities. This is a high-autonomy role reporting to the CEO, with close collaboration to investors and external partners.

You will shape processes, systems, and AI-assisted workflows to scale finance as Happl grows across 160+ countries and 70+ languages. Hybrid working in London is offered.

Qualificações

• Own the monthly close and management reporting end-to-end.
• Manage revenue recognition across multi-currency contracts.
• Lead compliance calendar across UK/US jurisdictions.
• Oversee payroll, intercompany accounting, and treasury strategies.
• Implement AI-enabled workflows to automate finance processes.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full revenue cycle from invoicing to collections.
• Produce investor reporting packs and board-level financials.
• Oversee two legal entities and intercompany arrangements.
• Direct outsourced bookkeeping, audit, and tax partners.
• Shape the finance tech stack for scalable automation.
