Job summary

CV Consulting Ltd. is recruiting a Business Development Manager for service and maintenance with a £55,000–£70,000 base plus uncapped commission and a company car or car allowance.

Hybrid working is offered with 1 day per week in the office; location is commutable from Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Northamptonshire, Greater London, Cambridgeshire or Oxfordshire. The role involves owning a new service revenue stream, meeting clients, site visits, and building long-term

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or business development within material handling, automation, engineering or related industry.
• Experience in developing service and maintenance contracts.
• Ability to build and manage a sales pipeline from lead to close.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target new clients and opportunities.
• Develop and grow service and maintenance contracts.
• Generate leads and manage the sales process from initial contact to completion.
• Arrange and conduct customer meetings and site visits.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers.
