WINNER is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in lift servicing and maintenance contracts across commercial, residential, retail and industrial sectors.

The role focuses on winning new business, building relationships with facilities managers and other decision-makers, managing the full sales cycle, and delivering against targets, with a base salary of £50,000 plus a company car and uncapped commission.

Formación

• Proven experience in business development or sales within lift, elevator or building services.
• Track record of winning new business and securing commercial contracts.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively identify and win new business opportunities for lift servicing and maintenance contracts.
• Develop relationships with facilities managers, property managers, and other decision-makers.
• Generate leads and build a pipeline across commercial, residential, retail and industrial sectors.
• Promote lift servicing, preventative maintenance and ongoing maintenance agreements.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and client meetings through to negotiation and contract award.
• Identify opportunities to secure new maintenance contracts and expand the company's customer base.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and service contract agreements.
• Work closely with the technical and operations teams to ensure a smooth handover of newly secured contracts.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's continued growth.
