Job summary

The Portfolio Group Inc. is recruiting a Field Business Development Manager to drive new business across a defined UK region. You will manage the full sales cycle, generate your own leads, conduct meetings, and close deals to secure multi-year contracts.

A premium car or £5,000 car allowance is provided, with ongoing high commission potential. Based on a £30,000 base plus £30,000 top-up and an uncapped commission structure, earnings can be substantial, with examples of high-earning BDMs

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in managing the full sales cycle.
• Ability to self-generate leads and conduct meetings.
• Capability to close sales and negotiate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales cycle in your region.
• Self-generate and qualify leads.
• Meet with clients to present and close packages.
• Negotiate terms and secure multi-year contracts.
• Travel as required to cover designated regions.
