Job summary

Toshiba Europe Ltd in Cardiff is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the MFP/print hardware sector. You will target and win new business, meet clients, and manage existing relationships from the Monument offices with hybrid working.

You will develop opportunities through high-volume cold calling, present Toshiba solutions, and guide deals through the full sales cycle from outreach to retention, reporting into the Head of Direct Sales.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a MFP/ print/ IT hardware/ peripherals sales role.
• B2B sales experience.
• Proactive approach with high self-motivation and resilience in a competitive environment.
• Proven track record generating new business and hitting targets.
• Ability to offer tailored solutions meeting clients' needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation via high-volume calls and meetings.
• Develop new business opportunities and attend customer meetings.
