Headway Recruitment is recruiting a Business Development Executive for a growing specialist in commercial vehicle safety systems and fleet technology. The role covers the West and East Midlands, with regular travel to Staffordshire, Warwickshire and surrounding areas.

You will identify and win new business, build relationships with key decision-makers and manage opportunities from initial contact to order. A full UK driving licence is required and training is provided.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record in B2B business development or field sales.
• Ability to manage a sales territory and meet targets.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Aufgaben

• Identify and win new business with commercial fleet operators and vehicle dealers.
• Build relationships with Fleet Managers, Transport Managers and other decision-makers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend safety equipment, cameras and telematics.
• Manage opportunities from initial contact through to quotation, negotiation and order.
• Re-engage lapsed customers and develop existing relationships.
