Thames Water seeks a Battery and Generator Maintenance Team Leader to oversee contractor delivery and maintenance of critical assets. The role focuses on safety, compliance and performance, ensuring readiness during power disruptions.

Base location is flexible for London or Thames Valley with a 36-hour week (Mon-Fri). You will manage contract performance, QA, and stakeholder relations while driving improvements across the power resilience portfolio.

Qualificações

• Experience managing contractor delivery within engineering, mechanical or utilities environments.
• Experience overseeing planned work, managing budgets and ensuring compliance.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external contractors while building strong working relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee contractor performance to ensure maintenance activities meet standards, timelines and budgets.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance and compliance across contracted works.
• Act as primary interface between Thames Water supervisors and contractor organisations to drive collaboration and continuous improvement.
