Job summary

Niyaa People Ltd seeks an experienced Bathroom Fitter to join a long-term social housing contract in Stoke-on-Trent, delivering full bathroom refurbishments in occupied properties.

You will handle plumbing, tiling, plastering, flooring and finishing, taking a bathroom from start to finish with a high standard of finish, while working around tenants and ensuring compliance with on-site safety.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Bathroom Fitter.
Experience completing bathrooms within social housing.
Confident with plumbing, tiling, plastering and flooring.
Good attention to detail and quality of finish.
Comfortable working around tenants.
Own van and tools.
Valid CSCS card.

Responsibilities

Complete full bathroom refurbishments from start to finish.
Carry out plumbing, tiling, plastering, flooring and finishing work.
Work in occupied social housing and around tenants.

As a Bathroom Fitter you will need to be able to complete all aspects of the the fit including plumbing, tiling, plastering, flooring and finishing work, so you'll need to be confident taking a bathroom from start to finish and leaving it to a good standard.
