Job summary

Niyaa People is seeking an experienced Bathroom Fitter for long-term social housing refurbishment across Bath and Bristol. The role covers refurbishment inside occupied homes with materials supplied on site. A car is suitable, and there is no requirement for a van.

Immediate starts available; experience in bathroom fitting and multi-trade skills is valuable, and there is potential to work as Kitchen Fitter as well if relevant. CVs from qualified or versatile operatives are welcome.

Qualifications

• Proven Bathroom Fitter experience.
• Experience in social housing or domestic refurbishment.
• Strong practical multi-trade skills.
• Experience as a Kitchen Fitter is advantageous.
• Experience working in occupied properties.
• Own car to travel between sites; no van required.
• No formal trade qualifications or tickets required.

Responsibilities

• Complete bathroom refurbishment and fitting works within occupied social housing properties.
• Remove and replace bathroom fixtures and fittings.
• Carry out plumbing, carpentry, tiling and making-good works as needed.
• Perform wider multi-trade works where required.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area and minimise tenant disruption.
• Work efficiently to deliver high-quality results.

Job description

Enjoy a long-term Bathroom Fitter opportunity covering Bath and Bristol, paying £200 per day, with immediate starts available.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Bathroom Fitter to work on social housing properties, carrying out refurbishment works within occupied homes. Materials will be provided on site, so a car is suitable and there is no requirement for a van or formal trade qualifications.

I'd love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as a Bathroom Fitter, Kitchen Fitter, Multi-Trade Operative or Multi-Skilled Operative, particularly those with social housing or domestic refurbishment experience.

As a Bathroom Fitter, you will be:

• Completing bathroom refurbishment and fitting works within occupied social housing properties.
• Removing and replacing bathroom fixtures and fittings.
• Carrying out associated plumbing, carpentry, tiling and making-good works.
• Completing wider multi-trade works where required.
• Working professionally within tenants' homes and minimising disruption.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working area.
• Working efficiently to complete jobs to a high standard.
• Using materials provided on site.
