Job summary

Niyaa People Ltd is currently recruiting an experienced Bathroom Fitter for social housing refurbishment work across Bath and Bristol. This long-term role offers £200 per day with immediate starts and materials provided on site.

You’ll be fitting bathrooms, carrying out plumbing, carpentry and tiling in occupied properties, with a focus on tidy, safe workmanship and minimal tenant disruption. A car to travel between sites is preferred, no formal qualifications required.

Qualifications

• Proven Bathroom Fitter experience.
• Experience on social housing or domestic refurbishment projects.
• Strong practical multi-trade skills.
• Kitchen Fitter experience also relevant.
• Experience working in occupied properties.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.
• Professional, tidy and customer-focused approach.
• Own car to travel between sites.
• No formal qualifications or trade tickets required.

Responsibilities

• Complete bathroom refurbishment and fitting within occupied social housing properties.
• Remove and replace bathroom fixtures and fittings.
• Carry out plumbing, carpentry, tiling and making-good works.
• Complete wider multi-trade works where required.
• Work professionally within tenants' homes with minimal disruption.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area.
• Work efficiently to complete jobs to a high standard.
• Use materials provided on site.
