Niyaa People is sourcing a Bathroom Fitter for a self-employed, ongoing role based in Letchworth Garden City. You will remove and replace baths, basins, and toilets, install bathroom flooring, fit Aqua Panels and wall boards, and prepare walls and ceilings.

The role emphasizes social housing experience and a 23-day completion target. Applicants should have proven bathroom fitting experience, own van and tools, and ideally a trade qualification or time-served experience.

Qualifications

• Experience fitting bathrooms in social housing, including occupied and void properties.
• Recognised trade qualification or time-served experience.
• Ability to travel to Letchworth Garden City.

Responsibilities

• Fitting Aqua Panels and wall boards as an alternative to traditional tiling.
• Preparing and decorating bathroom walls and ceilings.
• Installing wall boards throughout the entire bathroom where required.
• Complete each installation within the expected timeframe of23 days.
